I have been practising as a complementary therapist since 1996, after spending twenty-two years in the teaching profession.

As a practitioner I aim to support the body's own innate healing system in its work. I believe that complementary therapies have an important role to play, not only in improving health, but in maintaining it also.

Much of my work helps clients to relax and break the
cycle of stress, encouraging healing and re-energizing.

Hi, my name is Laura Szilárdi.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy in 2017 in Hungary. After that, I moved to Sheffield to continue my studies and develop my knowledge in musculoskeletal injuries. I graduated at Sheffield Hallam University doing MSc Advancing Physiotherapy Practice in 2019, where my knowledge has significantly extended in a wide range of MSK conditions and pain management.

I have a particular interest in the treatment of neck and lower back pain and providing a hands on approach to help elevate pain and stiffness.

I look forward to seeing you in clinic to help with any aches and pains you may have.

After becoming intrigued at a taster session of massage, I decided to persevere and completed 3 years of study at The Sheffield School of Beauty.

Since qualifying, I am continuing to participate in continued professional development programs that keep me abreast in new findings of the field which enables me to provide the highest level of service to my clients.

I am very passionate about my work, and as a therapist take great pride in helping clients to facilitate their body's own natural ability to rebalance and heal itself.
