Happy Feet Will Help You Enjoy Your Holiday Even More!

Your feet work hard all year round, yet often get forgotten, or at the very least neglected.

According to the College of Podiatry, the average adult takes between 4000 and 6000 steps a day, which during a lifetime is the equivalent of walking five times around the Earth!

Sandal season means your feet are going to be on show and after months of being cooped up in shoes, boots, etc. they may not be looking their best.

Common problems include fungal nails (onychomycosis) and athlete's foot (Tinea Pedis) - often affecting men.

Hard, dry skin, blisters, corns, ingrown nails and everything in between all add up to feet that may not look or feel good at all.

No wonder over 20% of the population, who were surveyed, said they felt their feet were the bit of their body they like the least!

But don't worry, help is at hand! We have an experienced and dedicated team of Podiatrists ready to treat all those foot problems and give you advice on what you can do to help yourself. Together, we'll soon have them looking and feeling great and ready for a holiday!
